To discover this Pearl in the blue it is possible to rent it almost all year, even for 3-4 days.
The rental of the villa includes the linen change 2 times a week, the shopping service at the supermarket at 200 meters with telephone service and home delivery (excluding the relative cost). Prices are inclusive of all expenses (electricity, water, gas, etc.), satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi in common areas.
The payment of € 400.00 is required as a security deposit, which will be returned within 7 days.
NOTE:
Week end = check-in on friday, check-out on monday
Inizio settimana = check-in on monday, check-out friday
- considering the various terraces and the bridge we consider the villa not suitable for lively children.
- we regret not being able to accommodate pets for hygiene reasons
- Check in from 3 to 7pm with two hours notice, check out within 11am
Optional service:
Home delivery service of the necessary for food.
Lunch or dinner prepared and served at the villa by arrangement with the Conca restaurant.
Cancellation policies
- At the time of booking will be debited 10% of the total value, refundable without cost only if it is canceled at least 60 days before;
- 50% charge if canceled between 60 and 30 days before
- 70% if between 30 days and 15 days before
- 100% if between 15 and no show.
We invite you to contact us if necessary for any possible rescheduling of the reservation without (where possible) or with minimum penalty.
