The rental of the villa includes a change of linen twice a week, unlimited telephone calls in Italy to landlines and cell phones, electricity, gas, tourist tax, jacuzzi, swimming pool, deckchairs, beach umbrellas, sunbeds and chaise long, fully equipped kitchen, dishes- dishes – glasses-carafes, tablecloths, shopping at the supermarket at 200 meters with telephone service and home delivery (excluding the relative cost). Prices are inclusive of all expenses (electricity, water, gas, etc.), satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi in common areas.

In agreement with the Conca Restaurant, on some days it is possible to arrange lunch or dinner directly in the garden of your home by appointment and in advance.
The offer includes a rate per week, and in certain months, even for the weekend only, or for the remaining days.

Week end = check-in on friday, check-out on monday
