One of the easiest dishes to prepare because it is enough to have tomato, garlic and oregano and is immediately on the table.

At the basic recipe you can make all the changes you prefer: add canned tuna; of capers and olives etc.
- 400gr. linguine
- 400gr. peeled tomatoes
- 4 tbs EVO Oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- black or chili pepper
In a large pan put the oil, finely chopped garlic and let it sauté without burning the garlic.
Add the tomatoes and mash them with a fork. Salt and pepper, if you prefer you can use chilli that you will fry with garlic, and let it all down.
Separately boil the water for the pasta. Just before draining the linguine, add to the sauce a ladle of cooking water, which thanks to the starch content, will help you to bind well to the tomato
Drain the pasta al dente and transfer it to the pan with the sauce, mix well and serve by adding another pinch of oregano.
